You can’t treat insomnia unless you know the signs and symptoms. Insomnia sufferers have a difficult time maintaining all aspects of their lives from work to home to school. The only way to get a decent night’s rest is through treatment.

Insomnia can be extremely debilitating but there are lots of things you can try - meditation, yoga, listening to relaxing music, establishing a bedtime routine - these can work for both types of insomnia.
