Sitting in the right posture is fundamental to saving your back from pain. But it is just a part of what can be done to tackle back pain. There are quite a few exercises which can prevent back pain. Sit-ups: Sit-ups are probably one of the few multipurpose exercises. Be careful while doing sit-ups to avoid any pull or strain to the spine. To do sit-ups, place your knees on a chair and make sure that your legs and hips are at an angle of 90 degrees. Now raise your upper chest, but not more than 30 degrees. Repetitions in 3 sets of 12 sit-ups are good enough, but less would also do if the 3 sets are causing stress and aggravating the back pain. Most people new to bodybuilding pay a lot of attention to building big arms, sometimes to the point of overtraining. Don’t forget, the arm muscles are brought into play during most exercises aimed at other body parts so care must be taken not to overdo things.

Having said that, the arms are complex body parts in their own right and deserve a properly focused exercise program. In basic terms the arm consists of three main muscle groups: 1.
