Cayenne Pepper

Cayenne is also known as red pepper or hot pepper. You can use cayenne 3 ways; as a supplement, mixed in with your food and mixed with lotion as an ointment.

Keep in mind however, that it can be quite hot so go easy to begin with until you find your body’s natural tolerance level.
