Sore throat can be really irritating when you get them as you find yourself having difficulties swallowing food. There is also this uncomfortable sore feeling around your throat.

Worst cases of sore throat might result in you losing your voice, or having a lot of unseen phlegm in your throat which irritates your throat and makes you keep wanting to cough them out. However whenever you tried to cough, your throat will hurt a lot.

The common method that most people will use is to keep drinking lots of water to smoothen the throat. 1. Ginger - Boil ginger pieces in water and drink the liquid when it turns yellowish.

2. Cayenne Pepper - Mix 1 cup of hot water with a teaspoon of cayenne pepper and gargle it down when it is warm. (You can add salt to this mixture if you wish.)

3. Hyssop - Soak 2 teaspoons of dried hyssop in 1 cup of boiling water; sip it after it cools down.

4. Salt - Add 1 tablespoon of salt to a glass of warm water and gargle it down. Drink it several times a day.

5. Apple cider vinegar - Mix 3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, 3 teaspoons of honey and 4 ounces of warm water and sip it.

Well here are 5 ways for you to try to cure your sore throat. The best ways are apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper. You can always try the other methods if you do not have any apple cider vinegar or cayenne pepper.

I think that salt will be the most common household ingredient. No household can do without salt to add flavour to their food. And unknowingly, salt might save you an agonizing trip to the doctor and taking lots of pills a day. As well as curing your throat faster.

People with a sore throat problem might suffer from a dry and hurting throat if they sleep and woke up the next day as they did not take any water during the night to smoothen their throat. The best way to minimize the dry and hurting throat is to not sleep under the air conditional as the air becomes dry in an air conditional room.
