As a brain researcher, Genet believes that vaccines damage the ability of the child’s brain to ground to its physical body. When this occurs the child cannot complete the circuit back into a proper reality where the brain connects to its mental, physical, emotional, and speech software.

Until this grounding takes place the autistic child is locked into their own reality. In this reality the child has proper speech, emotional balance, and mental focus, appropriate to their age. Due to his low IQ test score, Genet was labeled “deaf and dumb” by the school administrators. Deaf and dumb is bad enough but children with autism are considered to be mentally retarded by not only school administrators but the medical profession.
