When one dreams to be taller, incorporating your exercise in your daily routines is one great way that can make you grow taller. The medications that you have used may have been a disappointment for you since it did not work at all. Another form of exercise to grow taller is hanging. This is because gravity has a very big role in hanging as it helps the spine stretch and uncompress on to reach new heights. Inverting the body is also another good way of enhancing the height of your body. During the time that your body is upside down, the gravity helps in pulling your knee muscles as well as your spine to stimulate growth hormones. The same as hanging, when using an inversion table, you may also do a lot of different exercises to become taller.

However, if you do not like perspiring and would do exercises in a more relaxed style instead, you may try swimming. There are a lot of different strokes in swimming that can help your muscles and bones stretch out, making your spine longer. Among these strokes, breast stroke is the most suggested type of stroke while swimming as it maximizes the stretching of your spine.

Your legs and arms play a big role in stretching as it cooperates in making your body steadily concentrated on the activation and the stretching of your growth hormones. Just remember not to overdo your body even though there are so many exercise that you can do to become taller. Be sure to rest from time to time to let your body muscles adjust and have time to strengthen your hormones to do some actions again.
