How do you find inner peace in today’s stressful world?
With so much uncomfortable change going on around us, it’s easy to buy into the fear of the wounded ego.
Your wounded ego is that voice inside that pulls you into the drama of distress, frustration, anxiety, struggle, and confusion. It keeps you paralyzed in fear and robs you of your personal power.
Just as a key unlocks a door, dropping out of your head and into your heart is the key to inner peace. Below are some keys I have found for opening the door of peace within.
1. Put on some great music and dance! FEEL the music in your body and move with it. If it doesn’t get you going right away, hang in there and fake it. It could take you a few moments to get out of your head and the world of your ego and drop into your body, but don’t give up. If you like the music, the ego will move over; you will feel the music and rise to a higher vibration or inner Feng Shui. It takes you into your body and the present moment. (more…)

The law of attraction, which is a concept first channeled almost 100 years ago, works in a way that yourself is considered as the center and the magnet of attraction. You have your thoughts and it attracts ideas with the same conclusion. Positive thoughts will always attract positive ideas and will result to positive events and vice versa.
If we desire something then we need to believe that we have the power to make our goals possible. However, it is not all about wishing rather it lies with the effort that every individual tries to combine with their wishful thinking. Actions make our wishes come true. Dreams will simply remain ‘dreams’ if we left everything as it is.
The dispute isn’t to become better at managing your time, but instead about managing your energy, which you could regularly increase and renew. As humans, we require four very different types of energy to function at our best: emotional, physical, mental and spiritual. None of them are enough by themselves, and they all have an influence on each other. You should have all of them to have happiness and health in life.
It’s pretty obvious that the bigger the demands happen to be in our lives, the more there is the need for renewal. We just so happen to do the opposite. Try taking a break at least every hour and a half. You can get a lot of revival by completely disconnecting from work even if its for a short period of time. Alone time can be just the key you need to recharge your batteries.
Being excited by many different things has a corollary effect of experiencing insane boredom when you’re not doing the things you feel passionate about. But while you can fill up your time with varied and interesting projects, there will always be times when you are stuck doing something you don’t want to do. People who get very passionately excited also tend to get very frustratingly bored if being held back from what they want to do.
So, what do you do if you are itching to do something fun, but you just have to get this boring thing done because your boss, your coworkers, your family, your friends, your lecturers or a committee you volunteered to help are relying on you?
