Our body can help itself in many ways. We do not need to get sick. Not everybody will agree on this statement. However, whether you agree or not, it is true.

In fact, our body presents 12 meridians that run through it and that fuel the various internal organs. On these meridians we find many points that represent a help for defending the body against illnesses. These points stimulate our immune system.

Where does your energy come from? If you reply: “From my thoughts”, you are correct, for every thought you have requires a decision that needs to be made. In turn, your consistent decision-making will lead to actions that need to be taken. These actions then lead to the habits you carry out which form your character/identity until finally, your DESTINY has been created. It all begins with your thoughts.

Another question: are you your thoughts or are your thoughts you? Think about it! Which one comes first? They are basically in equilibrium.

Your thoughts have the very pronounced ability to affect your state. If, for example, you are having depressed thoughts, you are putting yourself in a depressed state. The opposite is also true: when you are in a happy state, you will think happy thoughts and you will be in the best position to make improved decisions. (more…)

They say attractiveness resides on a subtle layer just below the surface of your skin but so does “not attractive.”

I have written many articles on what women find attractive in men and how to become attractive to women but it is equally important to know what turns women off. So feel free to do some soul-searching, you just might be turning the women off without even knowing it.

1. The Naïve Romantic

You have this jaded idealized perception of women that is a result of limited personal experience and self-imposed ignorance. You are constantly on the look out for that “perfect” woman or throwing yourself at women who are obviously not into you or presenting some kind of idealized version of you that you think will meet her notion of “ideal” man -and no one is buying. For some reason most women prefer men with a more realistic perception and a little bit more experience with the opposite sex - and they can tell within the first few seconds of meeting you. (more…)

If you want to be happy and successful, there are eight words in the English language that you must avoid at all costs. Each of them has the power to destroy your dreams, and lead you into unnecessary suffering, disappointment, and hopelessness.

What’s scary about these words is not only the fact that we tend to be unaware they are embedded in our primitive ego thinking process, but the fact that we use them almost every day of our lives……totally unaware of how harmful they are.
