1. Neck Stretched Starting by tilting your head from left to right, hold position for 20 seconds for each side. Next, place your left palm over the top and right side of your head. Then slowly push your head to the left side so that your left ear is going towards your left shoulder. hold the position for for 5 to 10 seconds and then relax your neck muscles. Thinking about exercise and arthritis? It is not uncommon for people to show their horror at this thought. For many years it was believed that arthritis and exercise doesn’t go hand in hand.
