With an average cost of $2,000 to $4,000 or more to pay for a new central air conditioner you might want to try taking a few steps to keep your air conditioner running for as long as possible.

First, take the time out right now (before summer) to test your ac unit and make sure it’s functioning correctly. If something is not working correctly you may want to look into some of these ac trouble shooting methods before calling in a repairman. Here are are a few things you can do to keep your central AC unit in decent running order:

Make Sure Your AC Unit is Clean: The big fan housing part of your AC unit outside your house is called the condenser and it’s what actually cools a Freon liquid in the coils of your air conditioner. You need to keep the condenser clear and make sure there is nothing blocking the airflow. Things like grass, weeds and even kids toys can all damage an AC if left against the condenser. Make sure you aren’t blowing anything against it when you mow your lawn.

Cha Cha is usually associated with Latin style music and is up beat and care free. You will be hard pressed to find anything but smiles on the face of those that are tearing up the floor when doing the Cha Cha.

While this is an explanation for the lead dancer, if you are following, you should know them as it is definitely advised to know where they are going to take you if you are just learning this dance. Start out by moving your left foot to the rear and left. Rock up on your left heel and move your right foot back. Move you right foot forward again and then pull the left foot up tight to it.
