The result’s healthy looking curls with a great shine. Simply, whisk the egg for 1 or 2 seconds and then apply it on your hair with the assistance of a brush. You can divide your hair into separate parts for simpler application. Leave it in for an hour and then wash it off with shampoo and water. Thinning hair can be a big problem, but thankfully there are many things you can do to prevent this. Follow these suggestions to help prevent thinning hair.

1. Try rubbing your nails on your fingers together, at least eight fingers for at least 10-15 minutes every day. This is a type of acupressure that can stimulate hair growth and prevent hair from falling out. For the best results, try rubbing your nails together for 5 minutes in the morning and then for another 5 minutes before going to bed at night. You can also use the acupressure points of 8, 11 and 15 to help as well.

How to Care for Grey Hair?

At any age grey hair can materialize. It’s not always an indication of aging, it’s caused by a dropping off in pigmentation (grey hair) or a complete lack of pigment (white hair), and the basis for it is not fully known. The most obvious symbol of aging is the changing colour of our hair. As we age our hair produces less melanin, the same melanin that gives our skin its colour. This is the reason our hair turns grey.

Aging also affects our hair in other ways. As we age our hair is prone to becoming drier, and so requires more moisture than ever before. Older hair also loses some of its elasticity and the texture changes. Some women will notice that their hair becomes thinner and lacks life, for others it appears dry and coarse. This happens because as we age, the size of the hair follicles diminish and hair growth slows. As a result there is not so much new growth to replace what we lose.

Commercial shampoos are getting a terrible wrap these days because of the fact that they contain chemical compounds like sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), and ammonia that remove away natural oils from the scalp. Sebum is required to make your hair shinny and wonderful. Sebum will even help reinforce the right environment for faster regrowth. That being said commercial shampoos have to be avoided whenever you can avoid them.

Shampoos often are made form synthetic components, even the smell they give out are all lab created. Actually prolonged use of commercial shampoos will most likely to lead to thinning hair, dandruff and dry and itchy scalp.
