These pills shall not be mix with any other medicine and especially alcohol. Alcohol also falls under the category of drug and by taking two kinds of drugs at once, it could be a risk where both of it interacts with one another have. The worst part is, it could lead to dead.

Alcohol is a depressant which slows the body’s reflexes such as your breathing and heart rate making you feels fatigue and you snore even louder than you are not drinking alcohol. Sleeping pills are categorize as downers, so both alcohol and downers compete for the same system in the liver and the liver could not handle the load so the drug molecules are reabsorbed and cycle throughout the body.

When taking both of it together, you have lack of reflexes which makes you not able to concentrate and focus well. You might also have problems with visions and muscle relaxation which makes you could not walk. Never even think of driving! Your whole body gets very little oxygen and you could fall into a coma. Your kidney and liver may not be able to function during the coma and you can die from cardiac arrest which is why you should never mix alcohol and sleeping pills.

Sleeping pills makes your whole body relax and tired so that you would want to go to sleep and it is made to give you approximately 8 hours of good sleep. The bad thing about this pill is that it could make you sleep so soundly that you are not aware of anything around you including being rape. Sleeping pills might help you sleep better but if you are suffering from insomnia, it cannot be corrected with pills. It is just a temporary solution and you need to consider several things before taking it such as get a medical history from your doctor and go for a physical examination. Your doctor might be able to tell you your conditions if it is okay for you to take sleeping pills without any possible risk.

If you like alcohol which of course it is not advisable to take before sleep and would like to sleep well or recover from insomnia without taking any pills, try this few steps such as stick to the same sleeping schedule. Try not to sleep too long during the day, maybe just take a short nap like for 30 minutes. Warm shower tend to relax your muscle so it is good to make you sleep easily. Exercise regularly and avoid eating suppers. Have the air-con on for 30 minutes keeping the room cool and sleep in silence without any noise around.

Whatever you do, just remember not take consume alcohol and sleeping pills together before bedtime.
