i strongly agree with the above article. just an addition i got from christopher guerriero and that is to make sure that you purchase fresh foods and avoid package (processed) and convenient foods such as fast food. Packaged and convenient foods are often higher in sodium and fat content which will cause Candida Albicans growth in your body.
